We were impressed with the cleanliness and facilities of this hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in the Tea Gardens but on a small hill right at the centre of the town, which made transportation and parking easy. We enjoyed a wholesome breakfast and the staff were courteous and efficient.

The hotel had a great view and was located in a prime area. It was easy to explore the city, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were even able to store our luggage after we checked out so we could continue our sightseeing. the rooms were nicely furnished and had comfortable beds.
The hotel was very old and needed some serious updates. The gym was small with outdated equipment, and our room was run-down with a noisy fridge and an old bathroom.
